Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.

In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Show Low Family Clinic in Roseburg, Oregon, and they will contact us.

If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our providers after our regular hours, please call our office at (928) 251-2914. A provider is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.

At Show Low Family Clinic, we accept Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, UHC, Cigna, Aetna, and Meritain. If your insurance plan requires you pay a copayment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards – and payment is due at the time of service.

If during your telehealth visit with Family Nurse Practitioner, Sharon Zell, a specialist evaluation or diagnostic testing that requires a referral is suggested, we will make every effort to provide this for you as soon as possible.

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Show Low Family Clinic are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by calling our office at (928) 251-2914.

Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the providers may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
